Palliative Care Victoria commissioned two short videos to capture the personal stories of people who are in palliative care. These videos are used to promote a better community understanding of how palliative care can assist those who have a life-limiting illness, or are caring for someone who does.
Moira and George is an excerpt from a video in which they discuss palliative care. Touching, funny and genuine, Moira and George explain the joys, and the pitfalls, with humour and love.
Dorothy discusses how palliative care has changed how she is able to care for her husband Lloyd at home. Thoughtful and instructive, Dorothy shares some of the challenges, and her thoughts for the future with Lloyd.
