Noir

This series of street photography, shot in Melbourne, started in high contrast black and white. Focusing on shape, texture and light, the tests were fun, but something was missing. The element of colour, always seductive, renders the movement of the people with an energy more befitting of Melbourne. I retained the high contrast black and white, but added the colour in the series.
