Palliative Care Victoria commissioned a set of interviews and photographic portraits of people with a range of advanced chronic illnesses and their families.

Released to celebrate National Palliative Care Week in May 2016, this series was designed to reveal inspiring stories about how palliative care improves the quality of lives of people with a range of advanced chronic illnesses, and helps to support their families.
